Board of Directors

Our Board helps keep the farm rooted in its mission while guiding its growth with care and purpose. Through their leadership and dedication, they ensure that Living Hope Farm continues to thrive—sustainably, thoughtfully, and always in service to our community.

Chris Watabe
Board Chair

Chris Watabe, a Financial Analyst at Merck with over 25 years in finance and accounting, joined LHF as a work share in 2021 after being introduced to the farm years earlier. A lifelong gardener from Schwenksville, he joined the board to support LHF’s mission of providing fresh food to the local community.

Theresa Williams
Vice Chair

Theresa, a PhD chemist with 25 years at Merck in drug discovery, now works as a medicinal chemistry consultant in biotech. She’s a strong supporter of Living Hope Farm’s mission to provide fresh, local, organically grown produce to the community.

Rose Miller
Treasurer

Rosemary (Rose) Miller, Vice President of Operations at Price Turner CFOs, has over 30 years of experience helping small businesses streamline accounting, payroll, and cash flow. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, yoga, and time with her family, four cats, and cockatoo, Sarah.

Graig Nickel
Secretary

Institutional Investment Consultant at Saline Stahl Wealth Management Group. Graig, his wife Caitlin, and three kids were introduced to Living Hope Farm during the "COVID-era," which opened their eyes to the importance of healthy eating and engaging with people and community. Graig has nearly 25 years of financial services experience, the last seven in Vanguard's institutional advisory business where he managed defined benefit pension plan investment portfolios and supported the non-profit group. He resigned in January 2024 to join an independent advisory practice and focus on smaller institutions.
