Garlic Scape Butter
5 oz Garlic Scapes (cut off flower bud)
1 pound good quality butter (we use Amish roll butter), let butter sit out to soften but not melting
Chop up garlic scapes in food processor until very fine
Add butter to scapes in food processor and mix together until evenly distributed
Put butter in container with lid and refrigerate! It's that easy!
You can also put in small freezer containers with lids to freeze and use later.
Delicious on baked potatoes, bread, stir fry, veggies - anywhere you would use garlic!
