Farmer Jill's Family Spinach Dressing

This recipe is not normally shared...but in the spirit of the farm ~ please enjoy!

2/3 c. sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 heaping tsp. celery seed

3 T prepared mustard

ADD TO THE ABOVE:

1/2 c. vinegar

1/2 c. mazola oil

*use egg beater or blender to combine the dressing the night before you want to serve the salad

dry your spinach leaves before serving.

ADD TO THE FRESH SPINACH:

1 c. Pepperridge Farm Herb Dressing Mix

1/2 # baon fried crisp and crumbled

3 hardboiled eggs sliced to decorate the top
