Au Gratin Cabbage
2 c. cabbage shredded
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1/3 c. green onions
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3 Tablespoons cheese shredded
Directions:
Combine in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables. Garnish with 1 T. chopped fresh parsley adn 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-25 minutes.
