Silverglade Spinach Salad
Spinach rinsed, stemmed, and torn into pieces
4 oz. Swiss chees, cut into julienne strips
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
2 c. seedless grapes, halved
Dressing:
1/4 c cider vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. light brown sugar
4 slices bacon
2 T sliced green onions
To prepare dressing, whisk together binegar, oil, mustard, and brown sugar. Stir in bacon and onion.
Refrigerate. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, cheeses, and grapes and toss with dressing
