Cabbage/Cilantro Coleslaw
1/2 medium head green cabbage, shredded finely
3/4 c sliced white onion
1/2 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c vegetable oil
3 T fresh line juice
1 T apple cider vinegar
2 tsp ground pepper
Salt to Taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine cabbage, onion, and cilantro.
2. In a second bowl whisk oil, lime juice, and vinegar to combine. Sprinkle slaw with pepper and salt to taste, toss with dressing.
