V Dilled and Grilled Squash Chips
2 lbs zucchini, patty pan or long summer squash
3 T. olive oil
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
3 T chopped fresh dill
salt and pepper
course sea salt
Prepare a medium hot gril
In a large bowl combine the squash, oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill and salt and pepper. Toss to coat
Grill the squash until they are grill-marked and tender...about 5 minutes for the first side and less for the second. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with salt or lemon juice. Hint: if you warm your serving plate in the oven - your squash stays warm during transit to the table.
